Conduct Projects delivered a three-storey healthcare fit-out within a new six-storey commercial building on a greenfield site. This highly complex project required extensive coordination with the base build contractor, and careful management of numerous logistical and technical challenges, particularly those relating to fire and mechanical services. The quality of the completed fit-out was recognised by a nomination for the NZ Property Council Fagerhult Health and Medical Property Award in 2019.
