Child and Family Unit

Conduct Projects was engaged to manage the transformation of an aged mental health facility into a warm and welcoming child and family unit. This project included the delivery of a mother and baby unit, as well as open and high-dependency inpatient units. Extensive refurbishment works were staged over a two-year period within a live clinical environment, requiring meticulous planning, careful stakeholder coordination, and robust security measures, to ensure the safety of patients, staff, and contractors.
