New Office Space

Conduct Projects was engaged to construct a new office space that incorporated a boardroom and meeting rooms. Works included the installation of a fire-rated mezzanine floor and an accessible lift to the first floor. The project also included a full interior office fit-out and the installation of accessible ramps to accommodate floor level changes.

From the very beginning Mark R kept up the communication and ensured that we were able to maintain our business as usual over an extended period of time. The quality of workmanship has been remarked on by all visitors and we are very proud of the end result.

It is always difficult managing alterations where a business is working but Mark W and the CPL team managed it all with good grace and remarkable helpfulness working out of hours at times and always within agreed noise controls. All CPL team members were skilled and professional. The quality of workmanship was very high and maintained throughout the initial project and with additional jobs since then.
