Conduct Projects was engaged to undertake a full refurbishment of Auckland’s YMCA gymnasium. Works commenced with demolition, followed by a full lighting upgrade, installation of new rubber flooring, and construction of elevated instructor platforms. Fire safety compliance issues were addressed and rectified as part of the works. To complete the transformation, bathroom facilities were upgraded and the interior was fully repainted.

"We contracted Conduct Projects Limited to fully refurbish our premises at YMCA Auckland Fitness Centre in Grey's Avenue.
The project involved demolition works, fire rating and full fit out of the gym, bathrooms including changing facilities and offices over a 13 week period.
During the contract non-compliant fire-ratings were discovered that compromised the fire integrity of the building. Conduct Projects rectified this problem whilst maintaining programme.
They went beyond their professional responsibilities to ensure the contract was completed on time.
The project management, communication and quality of workmanship was excellent throughout the contract and the end result was highly satisfactory.
